Air Purchases has developed an experienced inside sales staff as well as two expert outside sales teams—one dedicated solely to Trane products. Our sales teams have been trained
to work in partnership with our dealers and to assist in developing and mentoring dealers'
internal sales staff.

4Trane Sales Team
Each of our Trane territory managers takes part in the Sales and Technical Excellence Program (S.T.E.P.) held at Trane facilities in Tyler, Texas. S.T.E.P. is an intensive ten-week training that ensures our territory managers have the vital technical, applications and business skills they need to help our dealers strengthen their businesses, improve lead management and sales processes, and increase profitability.

4Non-Trane Sales Team
Our non-Trane sales team comprises industry veterans with significant HVAC sales experience. Many have also operated their own contracting businesses.

All sales teams serve HVAC professionals in Massachusetts, New Hampshire, Rhode Island, Vermont and Maine.

4Sales Mentoring
Air Purchases is committed to helping our dealers develop their internal sales staff. We
host quarterly training meetings for our dealers' retail sales professionals to help them
stay abreast of the latest trends and technologies and hone their sales skills.

Our territory managers also perform "ridealongs" with our dealers' sales professionals.
Acting as a silent partner in the process, they are able to observe an individual's sales style, and provide helpful coaching and mentoring.

We also provide financial support to dealers whose retail sales professionals successfully
complete The TraneAir™ Experience, an intensive two-week retail sales training program
