Sessions
Your retail sales professionals
are the front line of your business. We host quarterly training
sessions at our Burlington headquarters to bring your RSPs up to
speed on the latest product developments and sales techniques. Meetings
are free and each RSP attending goes home with a free sales tool.

The TraneAir
Experience
The TraneAir Experience is two weeks of intensive sales training
designed to help your
retail sales professionals master the art of closing Trane retail
sales. Week 1 includes
five days of product and retail sales training and a first-hand
look at the quality of Trane manufacturing and testing at the Trane
plant in Tyler, Texas. During Week 2, sales professionals take part
in the Trane Boot Camp where they'll reinforce and hone their
newly acquired sales skills. 4

We

Retail/Excel Club Promotions
RSPs
enrolled in our annual Retail Sales Club earn
points for selling specific products. They may redeem their points
for a wide variety of quality merchandise, travel, and premium sports
and event tickets. RSPs have taken home large, HD flat screen TVs,
iPods, XBOX 360s, digital cameras, digital music systems, high-definition
digital camcorders and more.

Top
